Climatico was founded in 2008, to report and analyse the latest developments in climate change policy around the world.
The work of Climatico rests on its understanding of climate policy action around the world and specifically in key countries in the climate change debate. The group is organised around analysis of the Group of Twenty Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors (G-20) countries (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union). Climatico analysts assess governmental action to address all aspects of climate change, including the rationale and drivers around action. The group aims to produce the highest quality independent analysis of national-level climate policy.
